This morning our wonderful Friends of Peterborough Lido’s new gardening volunteers, Graham and Diane carried out a blitz on the lido’s planters and flower bed. Tidying away all the winter detritus and adding a few new and colourful plants as a spring solution until it’s safe for summer bedding to be planted. This is part of the FoPL volunteers efforts to help the Management to get the lido spick and span before opening next week.
Thank you Graham and Diane. The plants and flowers are such a glorious accompaniment to our presciou Lifo. Your efforts are very much appreciated
