During May this year, New Zealand resident, Dawn Walker, travelled back to the UK to visit family. She spent a few weeks, regularly swimming in our lovely lido, meeting old and making new friends.
Dawn, now back in Auckland, NZ sent us these photos of herself swimming at her local ‘lido’. She said “it’s just called an outdoor pool there!” and “it’s the first week of winter, air temp 18c and pool 27c. Yes, the pool is this busy on a Saturday afternoon!”
We hope you visit again Dawn, in the not too distant future.
